Our standard tenancy agreements require a 1 month deposit. Office rent is charged monthly in advance. To vacate the Business Centre we require one month notice. Longer term leases are available to estabished businesses if required.

Our business centres are accessible 24 hours per day including weekends. The main business centres are accessed via a secure pin code entry system. CCTV is in operation around the clock for added security.
